Maybe suggest that they put out a dummy hit for you for the amount of the hit. That might be easier for them and you.

 

on the rare occasion I get exercise calories, I never eat them back. I have about 110 lbs to loose, my body can eat that if it needs more.

 

Radeon saphire 7750 its a super low budget build from like three years ago and the output actually is vga and uses an hdmi converter kinda strange but it works.

Going to dive into this one. Survey Comet HITs are great.

 

We did our nightly trip to the gym right before bed, so I think that helped me a lot to keep it in line. I knew that at the end of the day I couldn't be over x calories, and then anything I exercised (usually about 600 calories) was just a bonus, and I didn't have a chance to rationalize eating more because I had so much extra, because i'd go straight home to bed .

Otherwise I think I probably totally would've told myself I "earned" more and could go eat something extra.

 

I fixed it later down
