How're you liking it? I've found I was able to easily remembering random words for the animals and food and such but had a difficult time remember which words were for and/do/we/the and such. Not sure why since they were way more common than sandwich and turtle lol.

@Totally Not , nice quote fail.

But it is faster to make a macro because you have to consider the time it would take to learn JS.

For someone that is comfortable with JS it most likely depends on what is being done but most macros I make only take 20 or so seconds to make.

It's been pretty much the same for me. I have so much trouble with those little words.

Yeah I accidentally selected the closing ] bracket and made it italic, which wreaked all sorts of havoc on the underlying BBCode.
    It's definitely massively contextual.
That's why I didn't agree or disagree, I just put *citation needed.

I did keto. Mostly because I wanted to do something where I could closely watch what I ate and sorta "re-learn" how to eat. Ended up losing more weight than I had planned on. I'm still at a normal weight, and I'm still happy, but I went from pudgy to downright scrawny. I don't really do it any more, but I still stay away from most carbs because, even after a year and a half, I still get sick if I have a little too many at once. Then I started thinking, what if I always got sick from eating carbs and I was just used to it? What if I have a genuine intolerance? It's probably not the case, but I rarely ever go over, say, 50g in a day. I'm just used to eating that way now.

Anyway, I started lifting weights a few months back to put some bulk on my arms and try to tone up some loose skin, but I stopped because my right arm was getting huge while my left arm stayed comically small. Anybody got any tips on how to deal with that?

Or at least an asterisk that says:

    * Depends on experience, your code skeleton, your macro software, the task in question, etc.

I guess that nobody told you that you have a limited amount of asterisks that you can use in your life. At this rate I bet that you will run out of them in the next year or so.

I'll take this for 2 hours. Hey I had to do important things like demand my free coffee from 7-11 and talk to the AT&T crew about my new fiber internets.

1 - Bicep tears are amongst some of the more common lifting injuries, so you may have suffered from one of those. Hard to really tell for certain with just this level of information.

2 - Make sure your posture is perfectly straight throughout the kinetic chain when you're lifting, from your feet to your shoulders. If you lean even slightly to one side when doing a barbell curl, for example, you offload more work onto one side than the other.

3 - Seems obvious, but don't work out the two sides separately.

4 - ???. If none of the tips above worked, you might have something else influencing this. For example, your body gradually converts between muscle fiber types according to workload. High-endurance activity necessitates more Type I fiber (which is more mitochondria-efficient but less prone to hypertrophy, or "growing") whereas bursts of short intensity lend themselves towards Type II fibers.

5 - Body dysmorphia. It could all be in your head. See whether other people agree with your perception of yourself.

Ultimately, the best advice I can have is to engage in some discussion on forums where people talk about this kind of stuff all the time, but hopefully at least some of these give you a starting point.

My house was included in the super small test area for our part of the state when they started installing UVERSE. We went from having like 6mbps to 100mbps and it's so nice!
