I wish the new worker site had an option button to click to try and qualify for a requester when you click panda link you're not qualed for. Unless it does and I'm just stupid

 

worker doesn't even tell you when you aren't qualed

 

Like one the old worker site if u cant do the hit is has a "why" button

I started one, and I did not like it at all. Too much room for error imo, like with the pools one it was easy to tell if there was a pool or not. These have too many variables that are "well, it might be or it might not be"

 

When this happens, if it's a batch at least, I can click on the requester and it'll give their hits in a list form, and when you expand that, it'll show quals and a link to the appropriate one. Beyond that, well, I hate worker.

If his balance if off, it will help him. Just sitting on a ball, makes your abs workout more. So adding weight will teach him to stay balanced to tighten his core. Once he figures it out, he will keep his core tight without the ball. This is why Arnold suggest working out your abs everyday. I see most guys lifting 300 lbs doing half reps. Some guys really can do a complete rep, but at least at my gym its rare to see them correctly do it.
