    To this day I feel like I do bent over rows wrong. I have a weird body type I'm 6 ft 2 not buff by any means I lift to stay in shape so bending with long legs and arms can feel awkward.

    keep them abs tight, and squeeze that scapula , remember to breath. can also try the seat row, which you use a bench and lift the barbell like you are starting a lawn mower.. IT helps for us taller guys.

    Here's my short opinionated guide to getting good fitness results:

    1 - If you have a disease that influences your results, sort that out with either medication, nutrition, lifestyle, or a combination of these.

    2 - Treat yourself to rest. Lots of it, whenever you feel like it. You deserve it.

    3 - Stop eating like shit. You probably have at least a clue when what you're eating is likely just fucking bullshit. Unless you suffer from a particular disease, there isn't a specific type of macro that is the devil. Don't make me put together a biology course to explain why a potato is a better carb source than a sugar cookie for someone who is weak or overweight, but is otherwise perfectly healthy.

    4 - Put your heart and soul on the line when you work out. If you don't have the urge to grunt, yell, throw weights around, kick, scream song lyrics at the top of your lungs, etc., you're doing this part wrong.

    5 - Realize that you will never get your form "perfect" for any exercise, and always look for ways to improve. Even competitive weightlifters who are always re-examining their technique, just like how professional basketball players still practice free throws.

    6 - It will take a while to see results, so make sure you sit down with yourself and get your motivation from something that lasts. If you only-kinda-sorta-want-it, don't be disappointed when you get only-kinda-sorta results. And maybe small results are fine for you. But if they're not, re-examine where you're getting your motivation, and introspect a little bit. Maybe in a dark brooding cave somewhere, or against some other dramatic backdrop.
