    My sitting posture has gone to shit in this last year. Used to have a standing desk and a lot more ergonomic work area in general. Now it's just "whatever I have available" basically. But like you said, excuses. Gonna be headed down to Lowe's to build another standing desk once I know I won't need to be spending more money on Christmas.

    And by no means do i see use a ball to workout on the whole time. Its more of prepping than anything. Hell even now I do supine sit-ups on a stability ball.
