Anybody else's PFA HITs loading suuuuuper slow? Maybe I just have a bad connection or need to clear my cache or something...

 

Tight hamstrings are incredibly common because of sitting all the time. Sitting puts them in a shortened position.

When I was hardcore into cycling, I worked on this all the time, because it affected the amount of power I could sustain from an aero position. Through enough practice, I'd gotten to the point where I could put palms on the ground straight-legged.

It's also worth working on for lifting, since tight hamstrings significantly influence proper form for deadlifts and squats.

Not to be rude I listen to Joe Rogans podcast a lot and he kinda explains how chiropractors are like snake oil sales men. I do have some bad pain in my spine. I usually hang from a pull up bar to decompress but I guarantee if I had an x ray it would show some kind of bulging discs cartilage damage or something similar to that sort
