Thanks for completing the second session of the HIT yesterday. A huge thank you for your understanding with my not being able to email you through the mTurk portal as I normally do. Many people got the message and completed the task, but some forgot to send their email addresses. If you happen to be on one of the mTurk forums and want to post the link below, I have made the link identical for all four HITs that people were invited to. I would greatly appreciate your assistance again today. I am still waiting to hear back from mTurk administrators so that this change in the system does not affect future HITs. Beginning tomorrow, each HIT will have unique URLs. I want to give one more opportunity for everyone to participate and submit their email addresses.

If you're leggy like me, try hex bar deadlifts. They're more quad-dominant than regular deadlifts.

Squats are my toughest exercise, and I have to strive really hard to hit form perfectly on them. But I'm damn good at regular deadlifts, and hex deadlifts transfer over a lot of that competency.

 

These drops of 10-20 topics are getting old. Gimmie 10k, please.

With chiropractors there is never an end game. You will always have to go back to them. I know as I have been seeing one weekly for over a year. Never no cure just another weekly adjustment. I will give him this it does help, just wish I didn't have to continue to go back weekly as the adjustment wears off.

 

...and they were very tasty.

I have a call in an hour and a half and I should really be looking over stuff for that but instead I'm catching up on the daily thread and the drama llamas
