I realized a few days ago that TH should shave off the days of the week and place a title that's more related to mTurk.

 

How else am I supposed to know what day it is?

 

Legitimately probably the most terrifying thing I've seen on this forum, not even joking lol

 

A chiropractor super injured me, but on the other side one super helped Matt and he hasn't had to go back in years- so it's a ymmv thing I think.

More importantly though, I dated a chiropractor once, and not for long. He noticed I was having some very mild cervical dystonia (it makes my neck/shoulders and such twitch and hurt like a Grinch) and kept trying to adjust me at dinner. He literally puts his hands on my neck and I end up reflexively screaming, "DON'T TOUCH ME! YOU ARE NOT A REAL DOCTOR AND I SAID I DIDN'T WANT YOU TRYING ANY SHIT!"

Sufficed to say the relationship did not last much longer after that.

Oh I know, that's why I say I just want an adjustment. A lot of them are snakes, but some are also gym rats and can help in areas that need work. Its your body, and you know when something doesn't feel right. Warm up before lifting and stretch all the time. I usually will keep a resistance band with me during heavy lifting sess to keep my muscles warm and not tight. Also what , said about hamstrings, you may also want to focus work on hip abduction exercises.

@MyLegIsFine are most sport UNUs going to have this pattern from now on? First survey with the hour timer to qualify for the full swarm later in the day that you have to catch again?

 

Did they pop it back into place or maybe 6 months was enough time to heal it. Not knocking anyone's opinions I personally just don't trust chiropractors.
