I just stick it with a fork once or twice, and toss it into the oven on a pan or foil or something to keep it from oozing. When it's done, it's done. If I'm using the oven for something else, all the better. I just squeeze it to test for doneness. How long usually depends on shape more than overall size. The roundish fat ones take longer than the longer skinny ones.

Depends. I either poke it all over the heckin place with a fork, wrap it in foil, and bake it at 375 for like an hour to 90 minutes. OR, I poke it up, rub the outside in butter and sprinkle kosher salt and do it at like 425 with something underneath to catch the riff raff so it doesnt all burn up on the bottom of my oven.
