Rejection waiting to happen IMO. Lots of yelling & bold / colored letters about rejections and poorly structured survey.
Broken images, have to inspect element to see them for me.
Seems like more time was spent yelling directions/threats than setting up a proper survey since it asked the same demographic questions twice.
