I'm not celiac, but for several years, I was very gluten-intolerant. I think it's because I was on antibiotics and they screwed up my gut health, and the probiotics to deal with the gluten. Then the longer I was gluten free, it made a vicious circle there. Then I was on abx again, and went crazy with probiotics, and got accidentally glutened, and said screw it (I was on vacation, and already miserable, so why not eat real food?). The all the gut stuff got back in balance and I haven't had gluten issues for the last 9 months or so.

The bread is the worst its like all shrunken. We had a terminal lady that thought she could live if she ate all natural and gluten free so I'd do it for her. It was really sad she was stage 4 I just did it to make her comfortable but to be honest it was a pain everyday when you have 119 other people to cook the reg for.

My wife will have the worst stomach aches, if anything off her diet touches her plate. Its fucking horrible for her. I hate it.

 

Im not a doctor but I think humans have been eating bread for thousands of year I think our bodies are used to it. I'd be more concerned about milk but everyone's body is different.

 

I did a qual HIT for it a few days before catching it

I got sick and I'm 6ft 2 and I dropped to 135 pounds with clothes on. I had gastritis and a hiatal hernia I looked bad. I did an endoscopy paid a ton and didnt get any help. Ironically what seemed to cure me was stop taking prilosec and my stomach healed
