Local Amish bake bread daily so I don't have to. I wish I could make my grandma's rolls. She worked at a school cafeteria, so they're those huge high fluffy buttery rolls (of many years ago, so many of you youngin's never had exposure to these bits of loveliness). Mine never taste quite right.
