    A lot of people on my step-dad's side live in Northern Illinois, up by a town called Arthur. There's a lot of Amish communities there. My step-cousin went to school with an Amish girl (yes, some of them are allowed to go school) and even spent the night at her house several times for sleepovers. She gave me a sample of the homemade peanut butter the Amish make and, my GOD, if you want to get into diabetic coma, you should try some!

    I'm in Southern Illinois. They have a store not far from me, and the settlement lives on either side of "town", and use the alley behind our house to go back and forth, so we see as many horses and tractors (we have modern-ish Amish) and bikes as we do cars, usually more, on any given day.

    I live near Amish people in PA. However, they're like 99% of the world and have no idea what mturk is and/or don't care.
