    Unhealthy Plant Based Diet: Fried foods, foods high in saturated fat, lots of oil, mock meats, mock cheese, high sodium, refined sugar, sweets.
    Healthy Plant Based Diet: "Whole" foods meaning minimally or unprocessed whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, low/no oil, low salt, fats from whole sources like avocado, nuts, seeds, making sure you supplement B12.

    Diet suggestions are based off scientific studies which can be interpreted subjectively. Not to mention the studies are of a tiny group of people compared to the planet population.

    On the opposite end of the spectrum, meat could be suggested to someone who has a low protein intake. And fiber could be suggested to someone who is regularly constipated.

    Honestly, whatever, dude. You can post whatever you want, I was merely trying to avoid this dumpster fire of a thread hijack because it doesn't need to happen here. You do you though. :ay:

    Lots of processed foods, grains, etc. "Plant-based" in a lot of folks minds just means no meat/animal products. But not all plant-based oils are good for you. Not everyone eating plant-based gets enough protein. Some nutrients are difficult without supplementation. There are a number of ways to screw up a veg* diet.

    Hahaha sorry. I only came back to work yesterday and realized I could do ParcelQuest since switching my primary browser. But cannot find is cool too, I'd imagine. Did at least 1000 like that and never had an issue.
