    I had one lose a plastic clip the other day. Whoever it was has a small plastic clip in their guts.
    She/he just threw it, I mean tossed it, into a pool of fluid then yanked on some tissue with other clips... it got sucked down under an intestine... gone...
    I was shouting at the screen "Get that clip! You're gonna lose it!" slurp, gone.
