What a shitty deal. Spend tens of thousands in a down payment (lest you enjoy Private Mortgage Insurance), take a loan out for hundreds of thousands, award them with a nice commission, and get a pizza? Wow, sign me up! I can't think of a cheaper way to get a free pizza!
