I can see the whole it-comes-with-the-territory argument. If you offer a service, especially unpaid, it comes with the territory that people will take that service. But I also see a big difference in taking what's being given and expecting someone to give it. I personally can't bring myself to expect anything from anyone and I think it's rude when people feel entitled to things, but maybe I shouldn't apply my own personal feelings because I have a major personality flaw in not being able to ask for help with anything. I do completely understand where you're coming from, I just think a little dash of appreciation, respect, and common courtesy mixed into the demanding and whining would go a long, long way.

I have no emails and I sent 2 emails on the broken one this am. (sigh)

 

They aren't. They're most likely doing 2 followups and a rejection.

 

Also, I think I read a reddit post a while back that kind of said the same thing. They had a mass reject from a batch (way smaller than yours), and they got an email from Amazon about their Masters qual being in jeopardy. So, I guess they are looking at that kind of stuff. I agree that you're really in a fucked up situation. That seems totally unfair. I think you should email them again. Sometimes they're useless responses, but sometimes it finds its way to someone who knows what they're doing. You could even not explicitly mention Masters in plain text. They may have something that parses those emails and sends those automated responses based on certain keywords.

That is a mistake. There should not be any follow ups for people who already did 2/ They will not be approved another time so they should not do those if they can somehow access them.
