    It used to be instant from payments and then 1-4 hours from Withdrawal to completed. This was one year ago. Now, I've only worked in the tertiary auditing sector of finance, but I can think of exactly 1 reason why it takes so long right now - and that is to get the money in the market for a small of time and try to capitalize on it using an algorithm. Otherwise I can't think of a reason.

    I did something when I first got this computer to disable Cortana. At one point I thought about giving it a try, but could never get it back.
