PFA auto grants the qual for the campaign. If you do bad work then they take it away and will not grant it again. My understanding is that they do not reject and this is how they block you

It is that time of the year again so we can have a fresh start for the year 2018. It seems you are kind of a guy who has a no-problem-at-all life, otherwise you would not export that. If you are gonna mess with me, that is fine, you will be just another enemy to me, standing next to @ChrisTurk but I will be your nightmare, I can hunt you down but noooo, not kill you though, you will be begging me to end your life.
