It's on the top row right next to where is says Mturk Suite v1.26.4

I hope it doesn't go away. Mine is still working. There is nothing wrong with it. I have problems reading the new one. It's hard for me to see. Plus I keep clicking the wrong hits because the lines are so narrow. I keep going back to the old one.

 

You need to update the extension. The themes were just added today. It should be automatic, but it looks like you need to do it manually or restart Chrome.

 

Mine has been borked since the last update earlier today.
