You could just add an attention check before anyone is able to make their first post and ask if they are allowed to post angry vents before continuing.

I was issued a refund and the shirts are still "shipping" but can't be tracked.

I thought about it and kinda feel bad about making a stink out of it if the reason for shipping delays are because of.. california fires, for example.

Nice.. Was gonna complain about this but saw the updated "fix" so.. nevermind, carryon, DF is great.

 

Mine actually shipped out of CA fine. But it's stuck in Louisville right now??? Don't know that there's a good enough reason for it to be stuck there, but yes, I'd be way more understanding if this was something beyond their control. But UPS has been in the news as having a ton of problems keeping up with their shipments after boasting about how many packages they'd be delivering this holiday season.
