Updated the Bowl Picks again cause we finally have a clear loser instead of a multi-way tie (sorry @jessers ). @jaxom continues his reign of win while @purplepoppi and I are duking it out right on his tail. Matt continues to set a high enough bar I'm 100% convinced he picks up some of the things I say and files them in the back of his brain.

I might kinda/sorta believe the antioxidants angle, but the rest is literal stupidity stated as fact & completely ignores the entire reason I just stated I avoid coffee when/where possible.

You joke, but I have to take those potassium pills twice a day and THEY ARE FUCKING HUGE. They start dissolving when they hit liquid really fast, and I yack one back up at least once a week.

 

Only 363 days to Christmas.

I can hardly wait.

OTC Potassium pills have long been neutered by the FDA to the point that they're effectively worthless. Clearly, they were worried that someone would go overboard and kill themselves by taking too much (potassium is the kill chemical in lethal injection, after all).

If you take a whole bottle, you might get your daily minimum. Err... You might get 1995's daily minimum. Before they decided "wait a sec, ppl should prolly have more potassium".
