Just remember to bring up your potassium levels with something like orange juice or something else that tickles your fancy. Otherwise, you're double-screwing your electrolyte balance. Caffeine's diuretic effects cause your body to disproportionately release potassium, and adding water on top will just dilute your electrolytes further.

...Crap, I've been dead tired, barely sleeping for a week now, and I have to function in a social atmosphere later today. I was going to convince myself to nap after work, but now I think I might just supplement the nap with one of them.

Oh cool, this seems like something I'll tell myself to justify my way out of not drinking water, just like I tell myself when I drink La Croix instead of normal water. I'm seriously the worst at being hydrated. Coffee --> beer --> coffee --> beer --> maybe tea --> coffee.

I love sparkling waters, but my GF got me a 12-pack of them right after I'd told her that my throat felt like someone took a razor blade to it. She tries so hard, but she really doesn't think things through very often. It's easier for me to not get frustrated by just pretending that it was my daughter that picked it out for me.

 

I hate that the batches with 50k HITs, are terribly paid, bad reviews. You would think the requesters would change there pay and work to increase ratings again.
