My old guy is 18 and still does wind sprints down the hall every other day lol He's starting to look scraggly too though.

I'm really struggling to get my first 1k. I hit 200 in 2 days with john does. Now i'm getting almost nothing.

 

Hits seem slow today for anyone else? Or maybe I'm just slow since it's my first day back since the holidays...

 

It's slow for everyone. It'll eventually pick back up though

 

He's about 12, but boy can you tell he's old. He gets a little crazy sometimes but otherwise he's just a lazy old grumpy man
