    I'd probably call it "good enough" at "did you submit this HIT in the last 30 minutes?" I'm not as concerned with if the HIT is truly still available (I'd just steal a page request to find that out) as I am "is this person catching up with everything they did today & accidentally causing havoc & mayhem" haha. It just stands to reason recently submitted HITs are also more likely to still be available and/or "higher quality" panda material.

    I suppose I could account for the timer/duration if really necessary, just wasn't my chief concern when thinking about it tbh.
