I filled in some of the PC Helper boilerplate that was missing from 0.52. But it's a useless fork now, since I didn't keep up to date with new versions of PC or the changes in Worker that broke PC recently.

Thank you TV, that's a pass for me today. My mind isn't focusing on something like that for 45 minutes unless it's a topic of my choosing.

 

It's not that bad when he's working during the day, and thank Bearnie for noise cancelling headphones, but the time span between when he left the airport in SC and when he started working at Scaled was brutal. I was working on a project that required me to listen to audio/video, and so I would hear him noise making over my work. His mom kept suggesting I go work somewhere else like Panera and I'M SORRY WHAT? I have 3 monitors and a job, he can go make noises outside or something

I'm fully convinced we will make the most annoying child ever.

 

Once I lived behind my office. It was a 1 minute walk door to door (small town stuff). I walked home for lunch. BUT, when it snowed and no one could get in, I was there answering phones. Problem was that I had a job where people needed to talk business stuff with me, and I had to say sorry, I am the only person here and I am just taking messages. Our office covered two states so may people were like - "not snowing here"

 

Can't stand these. Open-backed headphones just sound too good.

My "noise-canceling headphones" are a headphone amp that can drive the volume to concert levels.

Things that make me laugh about the GF:

When I let her listen to loud music on my headphones, she forgets I can hear her just fine and screams loud enough that she can hear herself over the headphones.
