I used to have 990s that were 250 and I have good little amps for it, but I just don't want to futz with them that much anymore. I put the mixers/amps in storage I sold my 990s to one of my friends and just swapped to 32 ohms. Kudos to you for going 250 though, I'm just fucking lazy and can't be bothered most of the time tbh. One of these days, when I live in a house again, I will prolly get a 250 pair for my office, but right now I just wanted as convenient as avianly possible and I already have too much audio shit lying around. Honestly, for running music off my computer or my phone, I'm pleased with the 32 ohm. I notice the diff, but not so much that it bothers me.
