If we're going to use the .10/min figure let's at least call it the absolute bare minimum and not the norm

Pros:

Going through the tons of work to become a lawyer just because someone dared me to definitely sounds like the type of thing I've been known to do in the past.

I would like to report a Momentous Victory in my life.

My bank, which shall go unnamed because it's Comerica, just closed my account one day and sent a bill to Collections. I get notice because Collections calls me.

Turns out, this account, which is a Coin account I do Coin dealings with, sat empty (no fee), and somehow racked up fees to the tune of $90 and they closed it.

"Oh, it's because you must have used a bill pay, so we'll just charge you $39 and re-open your account and settle with Collections..."

Ok, Phase 1 complete, I'm out $50.

Think is, they closed the account SO YOU CAN'T LOOK BACK IN YOUR HISTORY TO SEE IF YOU USED BILL PAY (which I didn't, this was a 'dead end' account)!

So I 'open an investigation', which means a bank person goes back...

Turns out, Comerica literally started charging me Overdraft Fees to the tune of $90 for no reason at all. I'm going to get my NYC Banking Law Firm on this, but for now, I've been refunded my money.

And that is how stopping a Banking Scam is turned into a Victory for a modern American, which should have been nothing in the first place.
