sweet WMG is back tonight too!

 

Are these worth doing, the WMG? I'm terrified of anything without a rating.

 

Everyone is different so do what you are comfy doing but I will say this ...all mine have paid me and I make more money off "no rating" than I do high green TO stuff

 

Scared money is best money.

 

Okay, I did a few, then got nervous. I only have like 300 something HITS right now and P9R rejected a few the other day (my first rejection!), so now I'm terrified of everything.

 

I did bookoos of P9R's to get my numbers going - good rule of thumb with them is to make sure and read the instructions and format what they are looking for - especially when instructions are in PINK. Don't assume anything or it will bite you. (It might bite you anyway! )

Yeah, I was nervous going in, and I was super careful. I'm not sure what happened. There have been a few times with J. Dragon business cards where I have actually googled the people to check an out-of-country address...so...I'm a super cautious dude.

 

WMG has been fine, if you don't feel comfy doing them all, just cherry pick the ones that say Acquired and copy/paste the buyer and company bought, and you are good.

 

I did 5, because I kept getting scared. One of them is already approved. I'm at 7.49 for the day. :/ My goal is 10, but I've only hit it once (just figured out how to get Wills this afternoon, and I've still never gotten a Z). I plan on getting up early tomorrow and hitting it before my office hours (I'm a Master's student/instructor), and hope for the best.

 

We were all new at one point you are on the right track by being here and asking questions

 

You did one more WMG than I then. Get your Zoltar pandas lined up on PC for the morning so you can hit them as soon as they start dropping.

Mturk has a pretty steep learning curve, but once you get the hang of things you'll be crushing 10/day no problem.

 

Thanks. Everyone has been crazy supportive. Since I teach, I'm not used to being on the other end of the learning curve, and while I don't mind not knowing, I hate asking what could be dumb questions all the time, so I've been trying to just read everything here and on Reddit and ask when all of that didn't make sense (also, since I teach, I need more money to get out of debt, but can't work any more hours because of my schedule...so here we are).

Everyone here is super cool though. Working today definitely felt better than the past two weeks I've been doing it (that's a shy way of thanking you all).

 

Man the memories of being new haha years before any forums or scripts etc etc I don't know how I stuck with it this long. I didn't hear of or find forums for almost 6 years haha My head exploded when i learned of scripts and all the fancy tools for Turk

 

I was in the SAME boat, and I didn't keep going. I made an account in like...2012 I think? I'm sure there is a way to find out, I had about 100 hits when I started back up last week. I just did a bunch of penny HITs and got burnt out. Then I decided to give it another try two weekends ago and spent all day Saturday/Sunday reading Reddit and forums and blog posts, but now I wish I could go back and have at least been doing it for a year or more. Oh well.
