That's 100% my problem too, is that I end up eating things that just aren't gonna keep me full. I really should do eggs or something, but cooking in the morning is just not what I wanna do, because I am a lazy pants.

 

I drink tomato juice or v8! And then have a yogurt! 0 effort involved. Taste all around.

 

I have been there, 3 times. Lots of, lots of cats are in the streets.

ever eat a pine tree?

 

even eggs make me hungry 2 hours later. I've been doing a scoop of that protein powder in my cream of wheat (maple & brown sugar edition) with 2 Tbsp extra brown sugar (because it's yummy) and 2/3 cup milk. Whole thing works out to 373 calories and eating at 9am, I'll go until about 2 before I remember to eat again. Granted I'm on meds to help with that, but prior to the meds, I could still make it to 12:30 before I felt hungry.

For comparison I used to have frosted shredded with milk and bananas for around the same calories, and by 11 I'd be starving.

 

I hard boil like a half dozen + eggs at once for Matt, and then I sometimes steal them to eat over toast if I'm feeling hungry.

Ages ago I used to just crack an egg in a rice cooker. The same mechanism which makes it automatically stop when the rice is done also gets it to automatically stop when an egg is done. No effort beyond "break egg and wait."

'Course that only works if you actually like your eggs done in that specific manner, not scrambled or an omelette or w/e.

I know its only a qual, but thanks @MyLegIsFine its nice that y'all have been pretty consistently moving towards evening out the pay scale, especially on the qual'd swarms I've noticed its generally averaging me over the original hard cap of $6/hr since you guys run them so efficiently now.

I remember when UNU first started swarms would start late & run over a lot IME (sorry DB if you lurk I LOVE YOUUU), you & Hinder keep things moving at a fair clip in the vast majority of 'em now and the consistency and constant outreach really is a huge help for folks. y'all can you convince C-SATs to be like this too?
