Yeah, a while back I had asked a friend in TX if she'd place an order for me and then ship it to me as long as I paid all costs. After factoring in the additional shipping and extra time it wasn't worth it for what I was looking to get. So yeah, there are ways around it. I may explore it again down the road and ask @jessers to help me out with order/shipping if there is anything I need for my business.
