Can't get their test to accept my answers even though I'm pretty sure I'm right.

RDG Learn anyone try this? I had a chat and they left me and it says not to open multipile screens. I have waited over 20 minutes (don't worry I have been other hits) to get a response to the requester (I emailed him) hoping he can advise but about to give up..
