    Is it possible to change which screen panda crazy and overwatch alerts pop up? I would liked to switch them from popping up on my main monitor to popping up on another monitor.

    AFAIK the only way to change it in Windows is to change which monitor is your main display in the Screen Resolution settings.

    Wow, just found out what's wrong with my other computer. Three fans don't spin at all. That has to be a motherboard issue, right?

    or the fans are broken. if you have a multimeter you can check if there's power actually going to the fans supplied by the motherboard.

    fans are notorious for going out or having the bearings wear out. They're generally not the highest of quality and fairly cheap to replace. I'd say its much more likely the fans break before something breaks on the board responsible for powering the slots

    I just figured it was the mobo because all three fans stopped working at seemingly the same time.

    yeah that seems suspicious. If you have spare fan power slots on the board you could try those. I'm guessing all three are tied into a central spot somewhere so if that gets knocked out all the slots lose power. They make adapters so you can connect the fans directly to your power supply too. 4 pin to 3 pin adapter i believe. bypassing the motherboard all together
