    I had this same problem last week when I was trying to do Part 2. Here is the response I got from them and it worked for me.

    "You need to go to the link in the HIT and click login. Then you will need to log out of the account it takes you to. Then you can re-click the link in the hit and go to the register tab and follow the same instructions as last time! Let me know if that works - sometimes the site in finicky so I apologize!"

    You have to re-register.
    You'll get a response to use the same e-mail but add a letter to the end. Then message her to let her know which one you used.
