    Ah, Kari is back! What I did for that was ensure there were no payment logos on the page (say, the homepage indicating accepting certain methods), ensured they had absolutely no cart system, ensured they had no subscription services. If you satisfy all that, as @MNHammer said, mark #2 as 'No' and do not complete the remaining questions, as so directed.

    I haven't updated myself yet, but I'm on Linux (latest stable at 56.x).

    It doesn't seem like there's much to be done. It states that it should impact very few pages and that those it does were badly-behaved and not following best practice to begin with.

    AA is 3 days. I did about 50 yesterday. They were approving this morning and are now all approved. Granted, the HITs were pulled and put back up, so it may take longer.
