    There appears to be an influx of jack ass requester that can't seem to implement quals.

    I've been seeing this ALOT. "You have already completed the maximum number of HITs allowed by this requester." I frequently blocked by project IDs, and still see this by the same requester multiple times a week/day. I'm talking about NEL Research, the people that pop close to 1000 surveys a time but can't implement quals. Ridiculous.
