It really shouldn't be that bad of a hit since its just some listeners, but you never know for sure w/o testing. Like HF was perfectly stable on Chrome 55, but on 56 is started just eating a bunch of memory until it crashed. So I had to rewrite a whole mess of shit to get it to be stable on 56.

Tabbing HITs shouldn't be bad, but the other stuff yeah.

 

I'm on an i5-3337U (old laptop). 1.8GHz dual-core. So, that plays into it some.

I stopped trying to be fair a while ago. I realize that my choices do not match how I answer the survey, but I always assume my partner will gladly screw me over, and mturk pays for my heat and groceries and I don't like to decide which is more important!

 

If anything this shows how much CPU that PC uses lol.. I guess that explains various people having issues with old laptops on it. .. 15% of my CPU is almost 100% of some old laptop's CPU.
