Check with your hotel too. they should have coupons for all those places on hand. Lots of discounts and freebies. And the magic house really is great. I remember going there as a kid and i still enjoy it now as an adult. I swear its gets better every year. Lots of things to see and do. If you do go, you have to get your picture taken with the static electricity ball. Makes your hair all crazy, And then you have to post it here bc i want to see it lol

Oh man, My house is a giant static ball right now, so I can only imagine how that is . I am probably gonna go with a cheapo hotel like Motel 6 or something, do they usually have coupons? If not theres always groupon and stuff. And the prices for the magic house already looks really good, only $11/person.

 

For sure. And the thing with me is I literally never got into any trouble, as lenient as he was. As a kid, the worst thing I did was during a slumber party, my friends and I rode our bikes through the laundromat next door at 4am (lmao, still makes me laugh), and all the parents did was laugh. As a teen, my dad actually told me I didn't get into enough trouble and I should do something to give him something to do. There's either a lot to be said about trusting your kid to do the right thing, or I was just that boring and straitlaced, lol.

I wasn't nearly as bad as my brother, I but I was certainly naughty. My parents thought I was boring and straitlaced, but I just didn't get caught as much (also he was a bit worse). (I mean I snuck out and smoked a bunch of pot, not really the end of the world but I certainly don't want any kids I have doing what I did haha.)

My mother was sort of like your dad, since I wasn't like actively getting in trouble she'd tell me to go out and get in trouble, and insist I'd stay out late... Okay mom! haha
