    Thank you <3 I never saw the conclusion to your saga but I understand a lot of the feelings you had and struggled a bit with that myself. It's not the ultimate reason I decided to leave, but I understand being nervous addressing those concerns. I had mine a bit swept under the rug like I was imagining it, but I feel like if you feel something strongly (like feeling like an observer of a team and not a member), there's probably some valditiy to it.

    Anyway, they were still nice, I think just they have a history all together and I was the only 'odd one out', and my long term career goals weren't exactly in the same path, but this job got me on a good starting point that really pushed me as a person. Now it's time to move on and take advantage of the new opportunities I've been offered.

    I hope whatever ended up happening with you worked out or will work out and you won't have to worry about crying from nervousness in the future :) You can only cry here when we make you laugh too hard over CT's twerking posts.

    Pros:
    The survey is ESTIMATED to take ~5-10 min by the Requester, so he's meaning to pay a fair wage for the work which is appreciated.

    Survey is painless, no writing or anything.
    Cons:
    Survey is a mess. The agree/disagree scale is super whacky the first page or so and then even after that most of the difficulty is in figuring out the layout/question.
