This was absurd. The worst part is that at the very END it mentions "don't take a nap or any caffeine prior to the 2nd part of the study" (12 hours from now or something?) - so go ahead and avoid this if you haven't already had your morning cup o' Joe. Or have any dignity whatsoever.
