    The HIT even has some of the lengthiest instructions I've ever seen. Even if the info can quickly be found (on LinkedIn), it will take a minute or more, taking into account page loading times, copy/pasting, etc.

    Okay- you are right- I was in Overview- I just clicked History and I do have that...lol- I kept clicking Overview and it didn't do anything because I was already in Overview- did not think to click History.

    Seriously, though, what's going on in a person's head? "This will perhaps take 5 minutes and I will pay you a penny." They're even admitting in the description that it COULD take 5 minutes -- which works out to $.12/hr.

    I'd feel so low if I were these people.

    It'd be ironic if some of these requesters are liberally-minded people who hate sweatshops, demand a $15 an hour minimum wage, employer-paid health benefits... :)

    A few months ago, Ace Hardware started selling them and had a guy outside doing a demo. His first selling point was about how you could get it up to 700+ degrees to put a sear on a steak.

    No. No. No. That is not why you pay $1000 to get a big green egg.

    Truthfully, this isn't the place to blanket complain about Requesters. That's a mentality that will get you no where and creates a really crappy atmosphere for the ones who do drop in to help us help them.
