Logic: Then the police come and pick you up and put you in a police car to get your statement at 11:30 at night while you leave your phone on the table unlocked and your roommate takes it upon himself to text your ex about how you're in trouble in a vague and useless manner. Or something. Viola, guaranteed low PE.

It could be regional. I call it peameal bacon, but I have heard it called back bacon or Canadian bacon as well. The yellow stuff is cornmeal

One time a guy on my hockey team brought his mini rotisserie to an early morning game, and we let it cook while we played. We then had Molson Ex and bacon for breakfast after the game. It was one of the most stereotypical Canadian things I have ever done lol.

Here is what a full cut looks like

probably a local term - over easy. I assume the term comes from dipping your toast in the yolk
using bacon grease fries it makes the edges crispy yum

Get those filthy salads away from my mouth.

Dippy eggs can also be a soft boil where you take the top off and dip toast soldiers in them! NOM NOM NOM EGG YOLKS!

I'm from South Louisiana, but the side of the family that says it is originally from southwest Louisiana via railroad work in the midwest, and East Texas (Port Arthur, Beaumont).

Well, my great grandpa worked the rails in Illinois and Ohio for sure, so PA isn't out of the realm of possibility, especially Western PA.
