Nope, at least the things I've been licensed in (CNA and Nail Tech) take less than a year, and aren't an associates. They count towards them, but aren't them.

Less than 8th grade
8th grade
Highschool or GED
1-3 years of college, no degree
associates
bachelors
masters
doctorate


But no none of the above? I mean I guess high school.
What about "more credit hours than the average doctoral candidate, but isn't interested in receiving diploma"
