Pros:
Easy in concept, harder in execution. A bit stressful in that there is a performance expectation mentioned that you have no idea either how hard it will be to meet or how well you're doing as you go along. I don't think I did all that well, but it doesn't appear I got booted for no pay. This HIT reappears quite a bit this AM under different GIDs, so PC is your friend here unless you have the time to start at the HF screen waiting ...
