MEMORANDUM FOR ALL INCOMING PERSONNEL

SUBJECT: Welcome to the 101st Unit


We want to personally welcome you to one of the most professionally and personally rewarding tours you will have in the Army. Throughout its very proud history of over half years, the Polar Bear Army has provided intelligence support to the combined forces on the TurkerHub.

Our daily mission is in support of the alliance and serves vital TH-TV interests. Our training is focused on further enhancing our robust capabilities, and is directly linked to furthering our partnership and alliance with the TH. In this assignment, everything you do, on and off duty, has impacts on the mission with strategic consequences.

Prior to your arrival, we will assign you with a sponsor. Your sponsor will answer questions you have about your job, the Command, and the area. If for some reason you do not receive a sponsor, contact @lefty . If you feel like you're not getting the support you need, contact your chain of command or the Brigade Command Sergeant Major @Buzby .

Upon arrival, you will participate in an approximately two duty day reception, integration and orientation program run by the Human Resources Company (HRC), @gurlondrums . After completion of this program, your unit will continue your integration. Should you require assistance, we have a Polar Liaison embedded at the Arctic.

Again, we are confident you will find your assignment to this command a tremendous opportunity for professional and personal growth. We both look forward to meeting you and welcoming you.
