Well he likely has access to a few of your other email accounts ect if he was able to get in. So I would go deal with that.

2FA does appear to be supported though but I can't tell how recently it was added.

They are using SMS authentication so it isn't TECHNICALLY super secure but I don't think your ex is smart enough for that vulnerability to be an issue.
