    Tried to do one of these but when I click Generate Output, nothing happens and I cannot submit the HIT. Anyone else have this problem? Or have a workaround? I'm using Chrome.

    Time to clear your qualtrics cookies on Chrome. They have awful housekeeping & the cookies get too quirky after a while.

    You don't need to flush them all, just the qualtrics ones.

    Settings > (in Search Settings type Cookies) > Content Settings > Cookies > See all cookies & site data > type "qualtrics" in Search cookies in the upper right corner > REMOVE ALL SHOWN
