I pulled up the source code on that rejected Josie Hirsh survey. It's a standard bubble fest that's easy to complete. I told her this nicely. Fingers crossed.

 

PC people, help me understand why "HAM" is used...

• I put something into "ham" mode, it cycles at 700ms
• It PREs like a madman, because 700ms is too fast, so it throttles itself
• A minute later its cycling back at the normal 900ms

..The fork is the point? You throw away 15% of your requests to PREs (most of them front-loaded at the lowest cycle timer) and end up in more-or-less the same position as if you just left the cycler on a normal setting?

I see why this works for "delayed ham" on a tiny batch type HIT - but as a normal feature it seems like more or less a "pause everything else" button lol.

 

Got back into doing YRG (DDP Yoga Beta - and it's not as rushed either), did it Saturday thinking, no problem, I can do this everyday again. My legs yesterday vehemently disagreed. Did it today as well, and so far, they're not detaching themselves and beating me about the head, but we'll see how I feel later.
