I've thought that before actually.

But then we're in Home Depot surrounded by wood floor choices and tile choices and i'm thinking about how much I like houses and like making them pretty and well...

 

THat was one of the problems I had when I did it with my mom. We did middle class houses and my mom was always renting to people without checking their credit or doing a background check cause she thought they were nice. It ended badly every time.
