Out of how many attempts? At 975ms you can expect ~2% PRE rate if you just leave it alone & don't actually submit anything, and it climbs up from there.

The combination of running PC and HF at both ~900 MS is what is shooting up your PREs. Basically you're pinging the MTurk servers too fast, too often. You'll need to raise your search speeds so they're slower, at least on one of your scripts.

I'm useless with HF but, have you tried closing your browser and reopening it? I'm personally a fan of the nuke option when shit isn't going right of refreshing chrome, and rebooting the computer, and lighting it all on fire. Just depends

Also upping your ms to 1000 ish (from 900) might help.
